Cent$ible Students offers 2 hour, interactive workshops to introduce financial concepts at grade appropriate levels. Our in-class workshops meet Ontario math curriculum requirements and engage students through a variety of cross-curricular methods. We also provide post session resources for the teacher. Workshop Benefits
For Students
Cent$ible Students introduces financial concepts to children, including, "save, spend and share", and provides a foundation for lifelong learning of healthy money management habits and community giving.
For Teachers
Cent$ible Students enriches classroom programming, provides pre and post tools to continue students’ learning in the classroom, and provides a basis for teachers to discuss money management issues with their students.
School Boards
Cent$ible Students complements existing Ontario math curriculum requirements as well as the ‘Character Development in Ontario Schools' program.
For Parents
Cent$ible Students provides a stimulus for conversations about responsible money management and provides resources for use in the home to reinforce lessons learned.
